Happy Halloween!

We went to the Townsend's house for halloween. Rob, JT and I dressed up like pirates. Jade was a ballerina. Tammy made an awesome pumpkin soup and we finished dinner around 6. Then we headed out into the neighborhood ready to Trick or Treat.

When we got near a house all the kids would run ahead, ring the door bell and holler, "Trick or Treat". T got the hang of this really fast, Jade was already a pro from last year. After T got his candy he hung around until the other kids left, then he would hold his bag open and say, "Two more, please." Each time the people would put in more candy, he would ask again. It took a little while for Rob & I to figure out why T kept dragging behind! One lady said, "He's just so cute, I'd keep giving him candy all night."

At one house the dad was passing out candy and the baby started to cry. As we were leaving T asked me what was the matter with the baby. I told him he was sad that his Daddy was sharing the candy. T grabbed my hand and said, "Come on." He led me back to the house, reached into his bag a pulled out a handful of candy. The dad was holding the baby and had to stoop a little so the little boy could grab it from T. T said, "Here you go." Then he told them bye, and ran to catch up with the rest of our group. He is such a good sharer!
We didn't stop Trick or Treating until the kids were ready to go.

Next, we headed for Grandma & Pa Pa's house and to Uncle Rick and Aunt Kristina's. We stopped on the road, so that Aunt Kylene could see the kids. T was already asleep, but Jade couldn't wait to see her Aunt Ky. (Jade's arm is covered in temporary tattoos she got at the movie Open Season- the night before)
