Laundry Days

We don't have washer or dryer hook up in our apartment here in Des Moines.  So, we go to the laundry mat every Wednesday.

Ally plays with toys and waits on us.

Uncle Ryan came to visit

We had so much fun showing UncleRyan  around.  We took him to Jethro's BBQ to see the home of the Food Challenge burger, neither he not Dad would take the challenge tho.  We also got to ride in his cool car.  I want one now!!  We also took him to Zombie burger and had some brain burgers...like Juan of the Dead.

Nauvoo

We me the Escobar's in Nauvoo and saw the new British Pagent.  We made a rope, and enjoyed the tours and the pagent.  We spent the night with the Escobar's and played in the pool with Eli, zae, and Grace so Misty and John could take Hannah to the temple for Baptisms. We left after for Alabama.

Oh, and I was taking pictures of the Mississippi River I came really close to a snake Ugh!!!

Girl Cheese

Rob asks Ally for a bite of her sandwich and she says, "no, it's a Girl Cheese not a Boy Cheese."  All this time she's been thinking a Grill Cheese is a Girl Cheese. 

At the races

Here we are at our first Indy Car Race.  Jade draws on herself while we wait for a wreck to be cleared.  The kids had a fun time riding a bull and conquering the  Wipe Out "Big Ball" bounce house.  They also had their first Pork Burger. They said it was Yum!
