Off to Las Vegas

Rob and I headed out to Las Vegas just days after Willie's call. With such little notice it was a wonder I was able to find coverage for work. Lucky Me!!! We flew out Friday, Willie's fight was that night and we returned Sat. morning. We went to the after fight party and then visited with Willie until 6am. Our flight home was around 11am. And we were back that night. We had so much fun and it was great getting to visit with Willie and Michelle.

Christmas Holidays

What a great Christmas. Nenee took the kids to Randalls to decorate gingerbread houses. They ate them that same day. We left the remains out, for decoration and an occasional pick! All the grandparents came over Christmas day to help celebrate with us. We loved our light brights and Jade adored the wrapping on her present from Aunt Kylene- She was greatly missed!!

Christmas at the Gulf

We celebrated our Childress Christmas this year. Aunt Cheryl and Uncle Steve brought us to tears with their distain for their Dirty Santa gifts. Aunt Cheryl got an Alabama wind chime, while Uncle Steve got an Auburn one.
